  • Is this a legit business?

Yes we are! Kash Mouth Bundles is 100% real. We are black owned and operated by our CEO Mya Brown.

  • How long has you been in business?

Officially we have been in business for over a year. Kash Mouth Bundles was founded in 2015 after our CEO worked as a sale consultant for a popular hair company at that time. She realized that the work she was doing she could do on her own and wouldn't have to work for anybody else. She set out to find the best quality bundles, frontals, closures, and lashes and we guarantee that not only will you love our products, you'll want never want to buy anywhere else.

  • What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday- Friday from 9am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 11:00am to 3pm.

  • How do I know that these products and quality and worth the money?

All of our products have gone through a rigorous test that ensures that the hair can take anything that's being thrown at it. Overbleaching, tangles, shedding, or wear and tear, Kash Mouth Bundles can handle it.

  • Shipping and Processing

3-5 business days for standard orders and 7-14 business days for custom wig orders. All orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will be shipped same day and Saturday orders placed before 2pm will receive same day shipping.

  • I just placed my order, how long will it be before I receive my tacking information?
Please allow 24-48 hours for you to receive your tracking information. In extreme cases, (influx of orders, holds at post office, natural emergencies, etc.) it will take up to a week to receive tracking information.
  • What if I want a refund or an exchange?

We do not offer refunds. This may come as an inconvenience but all sales are final due to the high rate of fraudulent returns and claims. Exchanges are only possible in the cases of our error. In the case of an exchange, we will send a return shipping label to your email for you to print out. You must return all incorrect items in their original packing to receive your exchange properly. Failure to do so will result in the items being sent back and your request marked as fraudulent. 

  • My order was wrong, what do I do now?

Just give us an email and we'll get right on it. We're going to need your order number, email, and pictures of what you received to ensure that the case is accurate and not fraudulent. All additional information will be emailed to you.
